The Principal:

Our principal Rick Spargo has been recruiting for over thirteen years. He is a native Northern Californian, who graduated from San Jose State University, captivated by both the entrepreneurial spirit and the spirit of the old West he relocated to Phoenix with nothing but what he could pack in his car. He apprenticed under Mr. Steve Swartz, a national leader in IT recruiting, and after exceeding every company record, struck out on his own three years later. Today, Mr. Spargo is arguably the number one pharmaceutical and medical sales recruiter in the Southwest. He gives to numerous charities, enjoys fine wines, gourmet foods, cigar smoking, the viola, skiing, scuba diving, exotic traveling, oil painting, cooking and his work.
